In templates version 45.66.5 and above, a new table automatically ranks the adjusted values of the comparables and the indicated value of the Subject.
The first column applies the number of the comparable and the subject, ranked descending from the adjusted 'Price Per Unit of Comparison' chosen.
Choose the qualitative comparibility of the sale to the subject.
You can use this table to assist in your emphasis on certain comparables as they relate to the subject.
Tip: The display of data in a table not only optimizes merge time in the word document, but also provides an efficient method of organizing the data for the reader. Consider changing the font for data tables to a Sans Serif font as it is easier to read. You can complete this change globally using the Table Fonts Feature within the Narrative1 Options utility.
