The Report Writer web application provides extensive functionality for Admin users to tailor the property database to their specific needs, including custom pages, user-defined fields, user-defined dropdowns, custom calculations, and customizable printed comp sheets.
-
Custom Pages: User-defined pages that contain only the fields specified by the user, in a layout defined by the user.
-
User-Defined Fields: Custom fields created by the user. They can be added to custom pages, as well as the Site and Improvements pages.
-
User-Defined Dropdown Menu Fields: Custom fields that include a dropdown menu.
- Most standard fields can be added to a custom user page, with checkboxes being an exception.
If the field is calculated, it will be grayed out. Here’s an example of a custom sale entry page:
- Custom Dropdown List Fields: Custom fields that allow to selection from a menu of custom options.
-
Custom Calculation Fields: custom fields that perform a calculation on two or more other fields.
- Comp Sheet Templates: Templates that define what fields appear on comp sheets when they are printed.
