The Report Writer web application provides extensive functionality for admin users to tailor the property database to their specific needs, including custom pages, user-defined fields, user-defined dropdowns, custom calculations, and customizable printed comp sheets.
Custom Pages: User-defined pages that contain only the fields specified by the user, in a layout defined by the user.
User-Defined Fields: Custom fields created by the user. They can be added to custom pages, as well as the Site and Improvements pages.
User-Defined Dropdown Menu Fields: Custom fields that include a dropdown menu.
- Custom Dropdown List Fields: Custom fields that allow the front-end Report Writer database user to select from a menu of options.
Custom Calculation Fields: User-defined fields that perform a calculation on two or more other fields.
- Comp Sheet Templates: Templates that define what fields appear on comp sheets when they are printed.
