Managing Autotext refers to creating new tags, or appropriating your existing Autotext content under new tag associations. You may also delete Autotext entries and tags here.
Click Manage Autotext from the N1 Ribbon to access the primary window.
The Manage Autotext window has two major sections: Autotext and Tag.
The Autotext section contains all of your database entries, uncategorized. You can select an option from the Autotext section, and then select as many tags in the right section of the window to recategorize the entries into those sections. Click Save Tag Association to lock in those changes.
To create a new tag, type the tag's name into the empty textbox under Tag, and click Add. Alternatively you may select a tag and click Delete to remove it from the list. This will not delete associated Autotext entries.
