1. Open Contact Management Window
The Contact Management window can be accessed from any blue Client, Appraiser, or Property Contact button located on the left-hand side of the File Info worksheet.
Each button will take you to the same place: the Contact Management window.
2. Select the Search Tab
Ensure that the Contacts tab is selected. If you aren't sure if you're in the right place, simply hit ALT+S on your keyboard to instantly open the tab.
3. Select Search Parameters
4. Click Search
Click the Search button, located toward the top, right-hand corner of the window.
Optional: You can save the search if you want to reuse your search filters again the future.
5. Open Contact Management Window
In the Search Results section, click the contact that matches your needs. You can only select one contact at a time.
If the contact you were looking for does not appear in the Search Results, simply reconfigure your search filters and search again.
6. Select the Search Tab
After you've made your contact selection, click Add Contact, and then click Exit; your contact will automatically be inserted into the sheet once you have exited the window.
