The Rent Roll allows you to specify your different tenant leases, with each tenant appearing on every row. From there you can continue across the table, associating the tenant with the Space Type created on the Set-Up table, and so forth.
Commercial space types are entered on a tenant-by-tenant basis (one tenant per row), while multi-unit properties can be grouped by unit type.
Note: Do not manually enter a space type into the Space Type field; this information is transferred over from the Set-Up table, and therefore you must make changes within the Set-Up table for them to appear on the Rent Roll.
Adding More Tenants
Clicking Toggle Display will expand the table, thus allowing you to enter more tenants. When you are done creating new entries, simply click Toggle Display again.
Effective Date and Confidentiality
The Effective Data of Rent Roll drop-down allows you to choose one of the dates entered on Dates and Premises. They appear in the drop-down in the following order:
Furthermore, the Commercial Rents Confidential drop-down will allow you to select between Yes and No; selecting Yes will only flag this record's Commercial Lease page on N1 Web as Confidential for your reference.
