These sections allow you to enter in relevant property contact, client, and appraiser information. By default, these cells are locked and you are unable to edit them manually. Instead, refer to the blue buttons beside each section; each respective button will open the Contact Management window, and allow you to automatically search and insert a contact from your database.
Create, Edit and Delete Contact Information
If you have admin rights in N1-Web, create or edit the contact in N1-Web's contact manager: Contacts & Appraisers Manager
Add Clients, Property Contacts and/or Appraisers
There are contact entries for two separate clients, a property contact and four appraisers.
Client 1 affects the adjacent First Client section; Client 2 the adjacent Second Client section; and so forth.
To add an existing contact:
Click on the button that corresponds with the contact section you wish to fill out.
Click Search from within the Contacts Management window.
Select the appropriate contact from the Search Results, and click Add Contact.
Newer versions of the template will have a Clear Contacts button under the Client 1 section.
There are four sections for appraiser data, but you may use these sections to apply trainees, research assistants and financial analysts that assisted in creating the report.
Appraisers may have more than one license, try using two search parameters like 'Last Name' and 'Certification State' to return the correct Appraiser / License combination.
If the proper middle initial and designation has been entered in N1-Web's appraiser manager, the Appraiser's display name is generated automatically.
