These sections allow you to enter in relevant property contact, client, and appraiser information. By default, these cells are locked and you are unable to edit them manually. Instead, refer to the blue buttons beside each section; each respective button will open the Contact Management window, and allow you to automatically create, search for, and insert a contact from your database.
As such, Client 1 affects the adjacent First Client section; Client 2 the adjacent Second Client section; and so forth.
To add an existing contact:
Click on the button that corresponds with the contact section you wish to fill out.
Click Search from within the Contacts Management window.
Select the appropriate contact from the Search Results, click Add Contact.
