The Navigate function allows you to quickly traverse your various project worksheets, or quickly bring a section nestled within a worksheet into view.
2. Toggle Display
Toggle Display contains a unique function in the Expense Grid.
Firstly, it performs the same act of hiding/unhiding certain cells as experienced throughout the rest of the software. In addition, you must click Toggle Display after you have imported comparable sale records into the worksheet.
3. Add/Arrange Comps
Add/Arrange Comps is where you will designate which records you will import from N1-Web into the Expense Grid. Calculations on the Expense Grid are driven entirely by your records, and therefore you must ensure that each record contains the appropriate changes to the N1-Web Expenses data page.
4. View Comp Image
Clicking on View Comp Image produces a drop-down where you may choose between the comparables you have imported into the worksheet, allowing you to view any images associated with your selection.
5. View Maps
View Maps gives you a way to visualize your comparable sales and subject property on a map view of your choosing.

6. Synchronize Database
If you were to make changes in the database to properties that have already been imported into the analysis grid, the changes would not be immediately visible. Clicking Synchronize Database will cause any changes that you've made in the database to be reflected in the analysis grid.
7. Select Metric
Select Metric allows you to reformat the data displayed in a corresponding row to match your needs. The Select Metric drop-down contains the following 3 options:
