Map Types

You can click Preview Location Map to generate a map featuring all of your parcels on one map; the Map Type drop-down can be used to determine the map style, and directly affects how it appears in your report. 

There are four map types:

Map View	Description	Example
Road Map	Provides a street map view of your parcels. Major street names are depicted on the map. If you are using Esri Maps, the Road Map doubles as a terrain/topographical map. Best if used at low to medium zoom levels for parcels that might be closer in location.
Hybrid	Provides a Satellite map view, with major elements of the map (businesses, town borders) identified. Best if used at higher zoom levels, and in highly concentrated urban areas.
Satellite	Provides an aerial map view. Excellent for parcels of land, or simply when larger map views are needed. Best if used at higher zoom levels.
Terrain	Provides a map view that emphasizes topographical features, and does not display road names. Best if used at low to medium zoom levels for parcels that require visualizing environmental features.
