- In the Dashboard, begin by selecting the template folder you wish to use as the basis for your project. In most cases this will be General Use under My Templates.
- Click Copy Folder.
- In the Save As window, select the General Use folder again.
- Erase the text in the Rename text field, and type in a name relevant to your appraisal: a property address is one such idea. This name is how you will identify your project.
- Optional: Double-click on any file you do not need. These files will not be included in your project, and are denoted by a red X.
Note: All projects, minimally, require N1Appraisal.xlsm and a report document (N1Report.doc). |
To begin working on the project, double-click the N1Appraisal.xlsm file associated with that project. It will be located in the Work Folders column under the name you assigned it.
