You will be able to further add information to your comp through the Site page, where you'll focus on zoning, acreage, square footage, and other factors that describe the record's topographical features.
There is also another location on this page where you may adjust the record's latitude and longitude. However, you will not be able to modify the properties' address information from this page.
This initial table is where you will enter in the majority of information pertaining to your site description.
|Note: Typing into the Acres field will cause the Land SF to automatically calculate. Usable Acres and Usable Land SF follow the same conventions. Adjusting the Acre or Land SF fields will result in a change to the Price Per Land SF and Price Per Acre fields located on the General page in Transactions|
User Defined Fields
In addition to the default Parcel ID fields, you may create your own fields to accommodate for your specific needs. These are called User Defined Fields.
Latitude and Longitude
Similarly to the General page, you can set the latitude and longitude for your comp. However, while on that page you could modify the address fields, you are limited to only changing the longitude and latitude on this page.
To change the latitude and longitude:
- On the map, use your mouse wheel, or the zoom function located on the left side of the map, to better view your property.
- With the property pin in view, left click on the area of the map that best illustrates your properties' location.
- Click on the Lat/Long button below the map; the coordinates should automatically populate in the adjacent boxes
- Click the Apply Lat/Long button.
Note: There is no manual way to enter the latitude and longitude of your property into N1 Web. This is to prevent formatting errors and promote uniformity.
This will cause the record's latitude and longitude to be changed throughout N1 Web. If you wish to change just the street address of the property, do so from the General page.
Sub Parcel Inventory
The table featured below can be used to accommodate a variety of additional sub parcels, such as pad sites.
A Totals row will appear when you have one or more sub parcel entries, and it will automatically calculate the square footage (SF) and acreage.
Click Add New to create rows for new entries.
To delete, check which rows you would like deleted under the Delete category, and then click DeleteSelected.
Feel free to add any additional information relevant to describing the Site in the Comments field. This section is for your own personal records, and viewable only from this page.
