1. Function Shortcuts
The function shortcuts, represented as blue rectangles, are located beside the various sections contained within every worksheet. In many instances, a function shortcut is designed to affect the section cells next to it.
These clickable buttons can serve a multitude of purposes, and it's recommended that you reference the relevant help page a button appears on to understand it.
Some features that you might experience include: importing and managing contact data, creating new comps, auto-calculating latitude and longitude, and many more that help show or hide information relevant to your needs.
2. Data Entry Area
The above image depicts the default landing view a user will see when they open a new N1Appraisal file.
Primarily, users will enter data into the empty cells beside the row description.
Example: The property name, The Plymouth House, is data that was manually entered to the right of the Property Name row header.
3. Worksheet Tabs
Alongside the bottom of the Microsoft Excel window is a list of color-coded tabs that will contain enterable data fields relevant to the section header.
Clicking on the tabs will transport you to that worksheet. Alternatively, the Navigate function can be used to help expedite worksheet transitions.
